Citizenship - ADR ( Australian Defence Forces ) or ARF ( Australian Reserve Forces ) residence requirement?
According to 'Proposed changes to Citizenship legislation',

However, There are some exceptions

"You are exempt from this requirement if: have served in the
permanent Australian Defence Forces for at least three months
or Australian Reserve Forces for at least six months"
So, here is my questions.
1. I wonder that the exempt policy about residence requirements is still available in 'changed Citizenship legislation'
2. I would like to know the tasks that I have to do when if I served the ADF or ARF.
3. Is it possible that I am discharged from the ADF or ARF after 3 or 6 months from starting service for the immigration purpose?
4. I wonder that I can join ADF or ARF right after applying.
5. And how long does it take for issuing the citizenship from after join the army?

2. it depends what your job will be in the forces. there are many different jobs, ranging from pay clerks, to cooks, to drivers, to engineers, soldiers, as well as many others.
3. no, generally have to sign up with ADF for 4 years at first. This is because they put a lot of money into training you.I am not sure about reserves, but i think it is for more than 3 or 6 mths as well.
4. the application process can take some time. there are many tests etc that you need to take.

it seems to me that you just want to join the army so that you can get citizenship in australia. you will be questioned about why you want to join the army, and i am hoping that they will see through your lies.
