AOS right after wedding and entry on VWP?
I'm a German citizen and living in Germany.My Fiance is about to give up on us ever being together and therefor considers giving up on our relationship.
My question now is,how much of a risky business would it be to fly to the US right after his divorce is done,get married and do the AOS in the US instead of going back to Germany and applying for a k3 visa.??? My Fiance does not want to come back to Germany and the wait is destroying our relationship!!!! I know of a few ppl that got married and simply stayed in the US and did their AOS that way.Anybody have a clue how big the chance of deportation is in a case like that?

Your best option is to come to the country on a tourist visa. During the time your visa is valid, you could marry him and then seek an AOS.
That is however, dependent on whether your fiance can finalize his divorce during the time your visa is valid. If not, you will be considered in the country illegally and your AOS might be denied.

What would your reason be for coming to the US? If they think or find out you came here to get married they will deny AOS for you. If you came here on lets say a "student visa" and fall in love and get married it might be different. Even in this case your would have to prove courtship.
