Is it wrong?

Is it wrong for Americans to want to defend the Constitution (the cornerstone of our nation) and its laws?

Answer:
How this hell did someone make this about race? No it's not wrong. Without the constitution we live in a police state.
Obviously so..
No this is a master Right.I wish They do
no it is not wrong. our laws are in that Constitution. if people don't like it then they need to leave.
I believe it is wrong. I feel we are all the same in all way. The blood still runs red. Why judge people for what race they are. It is morally wrong
Ok your saying that in the constitution its ok to be racist bigots and stereotype people??? because I wanna know where and don't give me the crap about freedom of speech because if that is the case than Imus had his freedom of speech but was it ok for him to call the basketball women what he did?? And if that is ok would you mind if I called you all the white names I know??? Think about it hun you should really ask a question that truly deserves an answer!!!!
No, we are a nation of laws. Without enforcing and supporting the laws we have the nation goes into anarchy. I've seen enough of your posts to know that you support legal immigration and don't support illegal immigration. I happen to share both views. We now need our lawmakers to do their jobs and force ICE and law enforcement officials to begin a rigorous arrest/deportation policy.
AND...we need the funding to build the wall that Congress authorized on our southwest border. That passage had no teeth without funding and only gave lip service to what was wanted.
Edit: That's not the real Psi Chi. Check the profile. It's a troll newbie.
You can't pick and choose which parts of the Constitution and our laws you wish to defend. To not express outrage regarding the Bush Administration's excoriation of our laws and loose interpretation of the Constitution, brands you as a hypocrite.
Its not wrong to defend the constitution but it is wrong to reword it so it fits your beliefs.

What do you think the writers of the constitution would say about todays issues? They truly were about peoples rights and freedoms versus political gain!
As a liberal I will say definitely not. But I do think there needs to be some sort of adjustments for societal progresses and regresses. If killing is wrong why is abortion legal? Why the death penalty? How can you support guns being legal when they kill so many people? I mean, the Constitution was written at a time when college didn't exist, cars didn't exist, semi-automatic guns didn't exist, and people got married at age 14.

You were talking to the fake!

No prob, Steddy.

I doubt that the fake could come up with coherent responses. That is how people will be able to tell.

:)
I wonder if illegals realise how many races have fought for this country? How many races have contributed to the freedoms we share, all races have fought for these freedoms and they are against illegal immigration, why should some folks pay the price so others can have it for free? Its not American to come to this country and demand rights you havent earned,I for one welcome all that want to make a positive difference in my country, and to those that burn my flag and protests,May God have mercy on your soul,Remember our vets and remember freedoms arent free!God bless our troops in Iraq,And God bless our constitution,"That the free exercise and enjoyment of religiouse profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever hereafter be allowed, within this state" New York Constitution of 1777
Hey chica, the constitution is mans own opinion. All of you should read what the Bible has to say about the treatment of aliens/sojorners. That is if you are'nt athiest also! Judging by the way some of you speak about each other, you must have no regards about how God feels!
Not at all. That's what we're supposed to do.
Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. America love it or leave it. Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. Leave it Now. Zero tolerance for immigration-law violators! No amnesty, no "stealth-amnesty." No "change of status," marriage fraud, "exceptional leave to remain," no "Temporary Protected Status." If you break the law, depart or be deported. Illegal aliens kill more US citizens each year than the war in Iraq has killed in four years. Apologists for illegal immigration like to paint it as a victimless crime. But in fact, illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population--the poor, minorities, and children. Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants willing to work at substandard wages and working conditions depresses the wages of American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees. Illegal immigration also contributes to the dramatic population growth overwhelming communities across America--crowding school classrooms, consuming already limited affordable housing, and straining precious natural resources like water, energy, and forestland. Taxpayers are being forced to pay for the free health care, education, and other welfare programs being given to illegal aliens; Those tax dollars could be given back to U.S. taxpayers or used to keep our borders secure; They may be here illegally, but they sure know how to "work the system" to collect "free" medical care, "free" education, "free" food, Section 8 housing vouchers and other housing assistance, and hundreds of other social services. It costs citizens additional hundreds of billions of tax dollars at every level: local, state, and federal. It gobbles up billions of our charitable contributions. And much of that money ends up siphoned out of our economy and into offshore accounts. Illegal aliens, over half of whom work "under the table" with neither job nor income reported (nor taxed), are not counted as employed or unemployed. But some of those day-labor and off-the-books "job-lets" would be "real" jobs - available to American citizen job-seekers - if employment regulations were enforced. Illegal aliens can get away with tax evasion, et al., which citizens cannot. In short, we have too many workforce entrants and too few jobs created. The ratio works out to roughly 7-10 workforce entrants per job created. If all illegal aliens depart or are deported, all legal immigration halted, and all temporary employment visas abolished, we still have a problem with more US-born workforce entrants than new jobs created. Illegal immigration damages our country and our citizens every day at every level. And not even the attacks of 2/26 and 9/11 have awakened many Americans to the vast dangers illegal immigration poses to our selves, our families, our communities, our society, our values, our principles, our civilization. Zero Tolerance for Immigration-Law Violators! We must remember the lessons of 2/26, 9/11, and the costs we bear every single day. God Bless the U S A !
