Do I have to file all of the Forms at the same time (all at once) for my husband? He came here as a student.?

I am a US I am applying for him. I live in Texas. Can I do it online or do I have to mail it. For his sponser how much do I have to earn.

- Form G-325A Biographic Information (Spouse)

- Form I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status
- Form I-765 Employment Authorization
- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support

you should file them all at once because it wuld just make things for u & ur family a bit less complicated. this way all forms r in & the process wont be delayed. plus, u can go to organizations that will help & tell u which form s to fill out urself w/o paying a lawyer or notiary so u just pay the application fees. be informed & dont get scammed by the legal process cuz unless he has a criminal record u can file & start teh process yourself.
