Me 24, brother 22, sister 17 and parents moved to canada in 2003 from usa where my parents applied for refugee status. it was rejected so they appealed and that got rejected too so we were issued removal orders. we left the country obeying immigration canada as asked. all this time me and my siblings were dependant on our parents because they were the primary claimants. Me and my brother were working and studying in toronto at university of toronto and york university. now I've applied for point based immigreation since I was eligible for it. its under process for almost 5 months now. i want to ask if we do need permission to return (me , my brother, and my sister)? in my case i've applied for permanent residence immigration do i need permission if yes then can i apply for it now? in my brothers case, does he need permission to return since he 'll be marrying his gf,who in canada. he was under 21 when we moved to canada. if yes then whats the procedure?
