I am a Canadian living in the US.What would be a good health insurance to take while in the US for 2 years?

Answer:
Most colleges offer some sort of group insurance. If your college does not I would get a limited policy since if your seriously ill you'll probably just return to Canada. Blue Cross Blue Shield has many limited policies available. Be sure to ask about deductibles - the higher the deductible the lower your monthly cost.
