my spouse and i are computer and electronics engineers. do we have chance to immigrate to canada. does your carreer affect the possibility to immigrate?
and finally where to start .. i mean what must i do to apply immigration.

You fill out a form and they will evaluate your chances of being accepted. Yes, your career and education do count. Also language, if you speak French it ups your chances.
