I'm not sure they'd care at all if the drug runner weren't Mexican. I think if he were Jamacan or something, there never would have been a call for thier arrest.
I do see racism apparent in the immigration issue, and I think this is one case where it is. They can't call the Border Patrol officers racist, because they are Hispanic, but what do you bet they'd be saying that exact thing were the officers non-Hispanic white?
