iam green card pending and do not hear anything from immigration about 1year.2 months

Answer:
It takes about a year after you submitted your paperwork just to be seen by an American Consulate than you get your passport stamped, after that you still must wait in the mail for your temporary green card.
not long at all if you've got the pescos, & some illegal contacts. but these days i would'nt even worry about a green card..the ins won't do anything to you anyway.
