1.what is the IELTS score required for a job visa in uk,australia and ireland?

Answer:
It depends on what kind of job.

If you look in an IELTS book they normally have a chart which tells you the usual minimal requirement for each job. Lower level jobs tended to be factory or farm work, higher level jobs were teaching or being a doctor. There is indeed a chart, perhaps you can do a google search for it?

Good luck!
It depends actually, like if you want to study here in the uk you you need to have ur ielts score around 6. I really dont see any specific requirments in ielts to obtain a job, but almost certainly you have to go through an english test
