ok i read an article that says that the fees for certain uscis forms were going up on june 1st?is that true?can i get the link plz...
i want to know how i can request a fee waiver?
what happens if i lost my i-94..i remembered my arrival and departure date but i can recall the entire i-94 number?what can i furnish as proof of my legal entry ?a copy of my visa?

sorry for the many questions ..if anyone can offer me some concrete advice i would appreciate it it you feel like you have real good info to help me with please post it on my email(check my profile) also.

Yes, it is true. The fees are going to increase on June first. Almost double to what they are now!

I'm not sure about fees. Last I heard it was a proposal. As for your I-94 card you can file form I-102 and request a duplicate. As for proof of your arrival, you can show your US visa and you should have received a stamp in your passport.
And yes the fees are going up.
