Can i get my u.s citizenship evn thou i was convicted of gross-misdeameanor?
Answer:
i think you still can because my uncle had stuff on him too and he got it. and Charles shouldn't judge people if he doesn't know them
maybe you should shoot a border patrol agent in the butt. Then they'll go to jail and you'll get a free ticket to the US of A
I don't see why not, after all libs control Congress and they don't care if even the President commits felonies like perjury or obstruction of justice.
I hope you don't become a citizen.
We have too many immigrants here already - all taking free health care, free education, etc.
There a lot of illegal aliens who are even better people than you are.
There is no way you deserve to be a citzen.
You should have had your green card revoked as soon as you were arrested.
Why would you be carrying a gun anyway? You're no longer in your tiny, dirty little country.
Seriously, I hope you get deported. Americans are sick and tired of people like you ruining everything for the good immigrants.

yes you can because it was a misdeameanor. I guess that it comes down to the office that interviews you and the intervierwing officier and if you completed your terms of the conviction, jail term, probabtion, commmunity service, etc. and also what the final disposition was.
Honestly, it might be a problem. Though generally the hard rule is that felony convictions automatically disqualify you, misdemeanors, especially of this nature, can be problematic. In either case, you should very clearly disclose it on your application, and deal with it at the time of your interview. Failure to disclose it will definitely fail to get you a citizenship.
Yes it could. to carry a gun with no permit is looked at more serious these days.
File to become a US citizen but be honest when filling out the application and on the interview. Never Lie.
