Adjustment of status interview?
Answer:
Whilst they will reschedule an interview, be wary. I have been a member of an immigration board for the past couple of years and have noted many cases of people rescheduling. Many of these have ended up with denial letters and having to start all over again because the request to reschedule had not found its way to the case and when the initial interview was missed, it resulted in a denial. On the other hand many have also successfully rescheduled. Just be aware that there is a risk.
Yes but they may push it back 6 months. Call the agency that you are dealing with
Call and write the USCIS or local office where you have your interview scheduled and explain the reason why you miss te scheduled interview and wait for the notice.
If still unsure, make an INFOPASS so you can speak personally to an immigration officer. Good luck!
