Can a U.S citizen (as a husband) remove his wife green card?
Answer:
If you divorce your foreign wife before she has been in the USA for 2 years then the Government will have the right to deport her because she still only has a conditional status towards being a permanent resident. If she is here longer than that then she will be typically allowed to stay. Suffering with you for 2 years or more is considered enough punishment!!!:-)
Only the government can do that.
If you divorce her while she is in this country as your spouse and you haven't been married for at least 2 years it may be possible if no children are involved.
NO these is a federal docment an it is hers for life only the gov can have it took away an deport her
Depends on how long you've been married and what state you're in...and if she's legally doing (or has done) something to warrant the revocation of her green card.
Federal Document...I doubt it!
