He is a liar, he has been caught at least TWO times smuggling drugs and he is also a well known drug smuggler...taking offence? What about the lives he has ruined for breaking the law. The USA should throw the f*ck*ng book at him, one for breaking immigration laws, two for drug smuggling, three for intending to harm people through his drug selling, four for being a terrorist.
No need for me to read it because I live here in El Paso. Campean and Ramos were made sacrificial lamps for the corrupted DAs and justices who have strong ties with the drug smugglers from across the border.
Too bad their aim wasn't better,I suppose i'm supposed to feel sorry for the guy? Not a chance,perhaps if we didn't have people telling the US we have no right to have our laws if they inconvenience them I might feel different. But as long as they're spitting in our faces I don't care if the Border Patrol lays out land mines at the border,or patrols it with helicopter gunships,it's all fine by me.

This is the type of article that really irritates me. They totally want sympathy for doing wrong. I understand everyone is entitled to make mistakes... but, they should say the same thing in regards to the border patrol agents. It was a mistake!!!
I have no sympathy for him.
the border patrol is being done wrong, they was doing a job we hired them to do. who cares about devila, if he would not have been there that night, those two men would not be in prison. and the monkeys azz speaks again.
