Depends what you mean by 'raise them'. I'd go to 100,000, but cut out that idea they are trying to put through next week that if you have a masters or phd there would be no limit at all. I think we need to put money into our education system for achievers, however, as well, not just focus all money at the people with academic 'problems'. We are institutionalizing mediocrity in our own children.
Yes, We need more students coming in for their study. Hey, but the thing is they actually go back where they came from when they are done with study and so I will.

It seems to me that there is a shortage of and the country needs the highly skilled IT professionals (Specialty Worker) as the ones in lower capacities. The bottom line its that white Americans don't want to that kind of job or are not trained to do it.
More professional workers its the best thing for the economy too.
