Can a person re-apply for refugee protection in Canada after being removed from the country?

I am in trouble. It's been 7 months since I've been removed from Canada and have had no home since. I can't return to Brazil (which by the way, has daily civilian death tolls higher than Iraq) and am living in the United States now temporarily.

I hope to return to Canada as soon as possible, please provide a source if you can.
