If the us's policy against illegal aliens is so bad what would mexicos policy be considered?

ok i know we are harsh on mexican immigrants right now but take a look at mexico's policy on non citizens in their country. In mexico americans have no rights to medical benefits, fiscal benefits, or any other type of federal benefits. not only that but they apply that to their neighbors to the south, can you say hypocrites?
