PHOENIX -- Detectives have arrested a 30-year-old illegal immigrant in connection with the rape of a 6-year-old child, sheriff's deputies said on Monday.
Detectives said they were called into the case after receiving information late Sunday night that the girl was taken to a West Valley hospital showing signs of sexual assault.
According to Sheriff's detectives, Armando Sifuentes admitted during questioning that he sexually assaulted the victim on two occasions.
Detectives said he told them he drove the young girl to the store to purchase ice for a party on the property where they both reside and had sexual contact with the child.
Sifuentes is jailed at Fourth Avenue Jail on one count of child molestation and one count of sexual contact with a minor, both Class 2 felonies.

i believe he should be handed over to the male relatives of the child, once they are done with him he should be given to the women of the family.
then, his remains should be scraped up off the floor, the head mounted on a pole and sent back to his country as a warning to the next sorry s.o.b. who thinks of doing the same deed. the rest of him should be thrown to the vultures. and photos plastered around the world so everyone can see what we do to these degenerates in our country. maybe then not only immigrants but citizens of our country would think twice!
Sounds like a good plan to me but then I think everyone that is caught for such crimes should be deballed and fed massive doses of sodium nitrate (salt peter) that way he wouldn't get it up even if he tried for hours.
