UK citizen needs help?

Hi I am a citizen of UK. I want to move to either USA or Australia, What are the options I have? Do I need a Visa or a work permit to do so or just m passport and paperwork would do? Kindly advice.

MAYBE START WITH A STUDENT VISA SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A GOOD FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU
you need to have qualifications, and then on this basis you can apply for a work permit,just your pass is not enough when it comes to US and Australia.
Also a criminal record won't be any good for your application
