The USA should bill Mexico for all the illegal Mexicans in our country who are getting free food, shelter and medical care at the expense of the US tax payer.

If Mexico is not doing everything it can to stop the spread of illegals, you know, like provide jobs and encourage their own economy to grow, then why can't we bill them if the situation is of their own making? Seems logical.
