I entered the US with a green card 10 yrs ago but was arrested about 6 years ago. Can they deny my renewal?

I was arrested but was not found guilty - I was given PBJ probation before Judgment. Probation was successfully completed etc, but now I have to renew my green card. Can it be denied for renewal due to this?

Answer:
I hope so !
you betcha... big possibility if it was a felony
It won't help..and I don't know if the record will disappear after so many years as it would for a normal American. When it comes up make sure you have the "Not Guilty" verdict and be honest about it. Don't lie. Or you could enlist in the Military. That might give you more points towards a renewal.
No. You were not convicted so they won't give you a problem.
I would say "Just prepare your court papers" Don't worry about it you aren't "Guilty"
highly unlikely your status would be revoked. if you got probation before judgment , never heard of this before but heck, you may be a Paris situation, it must not have been a serious crime, if misdemeanor no for sure, if aggravated felony then more likely yes, bottom line is you say you were not found guilty, so no.
No, unless it is a worse offense than it sounds (you don't say what it is.)

Don't lie about it, though. THAT they could deny your renewal for.
