I doubt the illegals who worked there previously were paid less. But I suppose it would depend on where they were working, and also that farm work isn't year round, so it would effect annual income levels.
I've seen reports of them being paid $50 a day tax free, (about the same pay as minimum wage after taxes)
I've also heard of construction workers being paid as much as $25 an hour in some areas.
Lastly I'll mention that if they have fraudulent documents that they would be paid the same as a citizen.
