Hiring a lawyer? What the freak for. Are you going to sue him? Why is it people think lawyers can do the most ridiculous things? If you are trying to get someone deported, there often needs to be some other reason than simply being illegally here. For example, has this person been convicted of some crime or possibly involved in criminal activity? If they are, then ICE will be much more interested in getting involved. If this person has other illegal associates, ICE may be interested. They prefer to focus their energy on opportunities where they can get multiples- more bang for their buck. If you have this information, pass it on to ICE and they may help you get rid of this problem.
