Legal deportation?
His father in Barbados is an alcoholic and has never been involved in his life...all his bank accounts and social security details were voided by the US.
With no history in Barbados and a criminal record things look very bleak. He has not reoffended and is a reformed man who was stupid when he was younger and just wants a chance.
Any suggestions?
Answer:
Well he has a chance in Barbados Pity he did not take that chance in America
Yeah! Turn to the next page.
Get used to Barbados. Second offense? They should have deported him the first time.
Sorry! If someone is deported, they better not come back illegally. That only makes things worse.
You claim he is a "reformed man." How do we know. All we have record of is a criminal that was deported. No suggestions here.
Oh god, he'll be in the UK before you can say social security. looks like he's blew it big time.
What was he evading arrest for when he was arrested for evading arrest? Oh well, the weather is nice in Barbados.
sneek back to the usa and build a new life under a differant name
Is it a movie? If it's real life, then it's ridiculous. Was the mother sane when she forgot such a little thing like give a home to the kid, after she dragged him around the world? I think the family can apply for the guy, but I'm sure that he will never come back with such a beautiful record.
your deportation was LEGAL. you are not born in US,therefore you qualify for deportation even if you have US citizenship. why commit an offence in a first place?
A criminal!
oh great well send him over here to the UK anyway!
Once he arrives in the country our government has made sure that he and others like him will be well looked after.
He can look forward to free health care, free housing and benefits all paid for by our tax payers!
No Chance Here --- we are already "Infested" with them .........Enough - Enough - Enough
give him another chance in life.everyone makes mistakes. he is no different from an american criminal.
Well i am glad he seems to have truly reformed. but legally he is not allowed here and the fact he recieves cash in hand doesnt look good. I suggest that he hires a lawyer to help him.... but i dont rate his chance of success very high 0 - 10% success in his favour.
