My sister & Brother in law plan to travel to USA to my cousin's place . My cousin is sponsoring them. He has to submit a notorized affidavit of support. Should he send this from USA or should we send this to him from India, for him to fill it, notorize it & send it back to us ? which is the correct procedure ? The name of this document is affidavit of support, is this correct ? If wrong, what is the name of this document, in which the sponsorer states all his details, such as designation, financial status, willingness to sponsor the tourists etc ?
