You will be denied entry on a K1 visa if you are married in the Philippines as it is a fiance visa. If they do not find out on entry to the USA, it will be discovered when you adjust status and you can be denied then and deported. Some people have a non wedding wedding then a legal wedding in the US, but that can be tricky too.

Assuming that the K1 visa is the fiancee visa, you will be committing visa fraud if you get married and don't change your visa application to a spousal visa. Probably nobody will find out, but I wouldn't count on it. If the consulate does find out, they might not like to issue you a visa in the future. My wife is Filipina. Although I know that every Filipina would like to get married in the Philippines around their family, it just makes more sense first to get the fiancee visa, then to get a civil wedding in the US, then to go back and have whatever wedding you want in the Philippines.
The K-1 is a fiancee visa that requires you to marry after 90 here in the US or leave. If you marry there, you will have to change your visa to an immigrant visa. This takes a lot longer up to 2 years I hear. The K-1 is quicker. After you marry here, you can always go back and have a real wedding. That's what my wife are going to do in Leyte.
