Where can an American Get A Mexican Matricula Card?

ROFLOL you should SOOOOOO do this then go get a B of A checking account then after 3 months get a Credit Card. I would like to see how easy it would be to get a CC with just a Matricula card.

Mexican Consulate. I hear it isn't very hard to do for just about anyone.
Try a city park some place. I heard it costs about $20.

If you live in the Los Angeles area you can get them in Griffith Park. Just look for the gang of Mexicans hanging out doing business with each other. You'll need to bring a couple passport type photos of yourself. Mexicans get them for about $75, but an American will need to pay double. It takes about an hour. You can wait or they'll phone you on your cell phone to get it when it's ready.
