For a better way of life i suppose as would anyone else.
but the second part of your question i would agree with, it is a shame. The reason for this is mainly within the older generation as although they can afford to come to England they cannot change to live this lifestyle. But its slowly changing, you don't find that alot in young asians, who have mainly grown up in this country

because are govement is daft and not only lets them in but give them work,houses and free medical care.its a free ride.

No one should go to live in another country and expect to drag their culture with them. They should live and dress in the way of the adopted country if they choose to live there, and that includes the Brits living abroad.

I think its due to the way of life we have in the uk, with more opportunities than they would get at home. In the uk if you work hard you will make a good living and generally they do that and bnenefit from it
And its not just England. I live in Glasgow and ALOT of Asians live here. Im not sure they want us to change rather they want to keep there traditions and such close to them whilst living in the uk
Same reason as why English people want to go to Spain, then open loads of really sh*t bars and force the local Spanish customs out of the window.

in England there are high standards of living. there are so many jobs opportunity and those that enter there are kings when they return back in Asia.
