Agents Compean and Ramos were risking their lives on a daily basis and then the federal government-specifically AUSA John Sutton gave more weight to the testimony of a mexican drug dealer rather than two of our country's federal agents. I will continue to pray for a possible pardon when President Bush leaves office.

Let's write to GWBush and tell him that as an act of patriotism and loyalty to the United States of American, he should grant a full pardon to both those border patrol agents! Furthermore, the government should arrest any who were involved in the arrest of the bp agents. I know that there are letter writing campaigns going on to support the border patrol agents -- people are asked to write letters supporting them. Additionally, if we have any legal beagles out there who would be willing to help, we could file an amicus curie brief in the Federal Court and there's one other legal thing we can do but I can't remember what it's called -- it's kind of like a citizen demand for a retrial and review of the judiciary and the facts of the case -- kind of like jury nullification. It hasn't been used too often but I know it is out there. So, let's petition the courts as law-abiding citizens for the complete pardon and release of these border patrol agents and then go one step further and demand that all those who buckled under to the bp arrests be incarcerated in their stead. I believe that if GWB got a million letters, he'd have no choice.
We all need to read the court facts and examine what is taking place on the Mexico Borders. Some agents are taking drugs from the illegal immigrants that are crossing the border illegally and selling them. Wake up! Some Americans may be naive to what is happening at the Mexico border but some Americans know what is going on. They are just two of that have been caught, and once the wall goes up there will be more.
