Where can i find a Lawyer with enough balls to sue the USCIS?

I need a lawyer who will sue the USCIS for failing to protect a citizen of the USA by simply enforcing the laws it already has in place, Fraud, denying me my civil rights. This case could very easily go class action as there are thousands of men out there that have married women from other countries only to find out they were scammed by their wives and their country. After giving immigration officers stacks of evidence that my wife had committed marriage fraud , broke several laws and even Lied about her name on her visa app (wich means the united states let a foreiner in without even knowing who the person really is) after all that they laughed in my face and told me they were only interested in busting citizens who committed marriage fraud. I have been told exactly that on numerous occasions by many different people at the USCIS. Still Feel Safe ????? If anyone can help me please contact me for the whole story.Thanks

Finding a lawyer with balls to fight a case for you is like trying to find an honest politician. They're as rare as rocking horse sh it!

I think the question is how much are you willing to pay. Lawyers work by the hour unless it is guaranteed to benefit them like an ambulance chaser. Good luck and hope your have deep pockets. Law is based on $$ not right and wrong to lawyers these days.
Any lawyer will take your case, if he or she thinks you have a good one. Money is what matters to a lawyer, not right or wrong. Some lawyer's will even pay for the process of filing a case, if they think it will win. Just look in your phone book, pick one, and explain your story. See what happens.
I have a lawyer right now paying for everything concerning my case against a corporation for familia descrimination. It is a different issue, than yours, but if you have the evidence, a lawyer isn't likely to turn you away, especially if they will make money from your case. Good Luck.
Man USCIS doesnt care about marriage fraus, unless it involves Men from Pakistan Lebanon, North africa. Philipino?Russian wife doesnt count. They dont have time to prosecute that. I feel sorry for you.
To deport her - Means nightmare of litigation for them. It will be their burden, not yours to prove that she commited fraud in a court against her. Which is to almost impossible to do. If she got a GC, that means Finita La Comedia.For them you are disgruntled spouse, and they will never take your words seriously! So, I am truly sorry.

Why don't you try contacting the american immigration lawyers association at www.aila.org or the american immigration law foundation at www.ailf.org. both sites are good starting places for a grass roots lawsuit.

Funny! I've been thinking about the same thing, lately! I think we would have to get a pro bono case through a law school or civil rights firm or organization. (We are actually working against the interests of immigration lawyers.)
My case is quite similar to yours. It didn't stop at marriage fraud, but with making false statements about material facts -- a felony ... at least it would be if they actually prosecuted it. (oh, yeah. And he tried to kill me to stop me from contacting the INS and DHS.) I had to flee my own house and get a private investigator for my own protection.
