While it is not as hard as you think, their IR-1 and IR-2 visas will take about 6-24 months to process AFTER the petition is approved. If you are in Manila, make plans of getting a permanent residence in the US before she is interviewed for a visa, as this is a requirement.
Send her the sponsorship which u can get from solicitors for a small fee and then the imigration procedure starts from your wife's side. She needs to go to the American imigration office fills the form for settlement with all the forms of your affordability and accomodation. It is though a lengthy proccess but you will soon know it step by step once started.
Leave them where they are and go there with them. We don't need any more immigrants, PERIOD, until we get our current immigration problems under control.
