How many years exactly are u going to wait if you are being petitioned by your US immigrant spouse?

my husband is an immigrant in hawaii since feb.2005 and my petition papers was approved last sept 2006..

Answer:
5 years. You'll be here in 2011.

An attorney can not do anything for you. The waiting list is based on the date the application is filed. Right now, from the Philippines (Priority 2A), they are giving visas to people who filed March 2, 2002.

Good luck.
If you hire an experienced, aggressive Attorney, whatever the time you can cut in half or less!

That's the magic of engaging an attorney on your behalf, then
you'll have the rest of your life to live with your decision, happily.
