Exactly what part of the constitution says that babies born to illegal parents are NOT automatic citizens?

I asked a similar question a while back and did not save the wonderful answer that I got that gave the exact court judgement that decided it. In a discussion at work today, I blurted out that wonderful response but couldn't recall the exact wording of the law. Just like the child born to a couple of Hungarian diplomats is not an automatic citizen if born here, so are the children of illegals NOT citizens. I recall that in 1986 something happened to soften the law but nevertheless, they are STILL not citizens. Please answer this question for us so I can print it out and show the guys at work that there just might be hope for our country after all. My company has a rabid army of lawyers. My buddy is married to one of them. He wants to ask her about it. It will also help morale here where I work in So. California. It will just take someone in office that is willing to follow the letter of the law and listen to what the people of this country want. They want their country back!

Well here's the 14th Amendment:

Amendment XIV
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Pay close attention to the words "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Now as to your Hungarian case my only guess is that if the child were born in the Hungarian Embassy, then the child was not born on U.S. soil and is therefore not a citizen, or the if the child were born in a hospital it is possible that the parents requested that the child not be a U.S. citizen.
It says in the constitution if you are born here you are a citizen here forever
A child of an ambassador isn't in the jurisdiction of any but their home country regardless of where they are (diplomatic immunity and such)

Unfortunately illegals are under our jurisdiction, as we can put them in jail if we catch them breaking the law.

All the more reason to round up the illegals we have here now and rid ourselves of future anchor babies.

Another option is to repel or change the law to exclude the children of those in our country illegally.
