What paper work should I fill out for my wife's Immigration status.?

Here are the details.

My wife, whom I love very much by the way, was allowed here by a visitor visa. She stayed longer than she was supposed to.

We recently got married, and now I want to know what paperwork to fill out.

I think these are the papers I need

I-130, along with the g_325A

I-864

The I-485 along with the I-313 and I 765

I heard that the law office would charge like 3000 dollars to take care of it, but I have already filled out all of the above forms.

The free phone number the from immigration services, is vague. And I know that this situation is a little complicated. So any help would be appreciated.

Answer:
I'm pretty sure you need to fill all of them out
immigration has a help line go to there website abd dial there 1800 number they will tell you all and you can also download forms from there
Did you get married before or after the visa expired? If after, it may take longer, as they may think that you got married JUST so she can stay in the country (which, it's illegal to enter into marriage to avoid immigration laws) If it comes to a point taht she gets a deportation notice, though, there is something you can do to stall it. Have her set up a hearing. If you have a hearing set up, they cannot deport you until after it, so, you will have more time to get all the paperwork & red-tape cleared.
You have all correct except the I-131. She won't get a travel permit because she is out of status. You also need to include all the documents that go along with each application. $3,000 is a little high, but not outrageous. Try a non-profit, like Catholic Charities or Lutheran Social Services. Immigration is a hellish beauracracy, if you don't know what you are doing, you will be filing papers and paying for years to come, and sometimes even if you do know what you are doing. Filling out the forms is nowhere near even half the work that goes into the process. If you want to do this yourself, be prepared for some headaches. You might eventually end up in an attorney's office trying to keep your spouse from being arrested and deported because of some mistake you made. That will be more expensive than the $3,000. Please note, that your wife is currently subject to being arrested and deported. I would suggest you shop around and get a good attorney.
You need the I-130, 485 & 765, 865, G325A and then I-693 (medical examination) and the supplement. Why would you need the I-313?
We are in the process of trying to keep my husband here legally. We have an attorney. So far we have filled out the I-130 with the G-325A. So ,these two are for sure.
