How long does medical exam expires when you are going for abroad?

I was examine last nov 2006, and now i am leaving, my agency wants me to take another physical examination and it will cause me again 2000pesos. is it possible?

Answer:
If the purpose of medical exam is for the agency only, you'll just bring your previous one its validity covers upto 10 yrs. BUT if the purpose of that is for entering another country another medical exam should be conducted for that country for their record and that medical exam is good again for ten (10) years.
