From what I can gather, they aren't too good at deporting illegals for some reason...too much trouble to do their job ? or not backed up by the Government?
It is a sad situation and I am afraid that there will be individuals who will, at some point, take the law into their own hands.
Civil war? I think it is a real possibility, born from pure frustration from lack of Government support.
Why dont you just pick them up and drive them to the police station?
