How will i know if my visa is approved? i alrady had my interview and they ask me to pay the courrier?

actually,they (respective consulate) will hold your passport because it is there where they will stamp ur visa.after interview, did they told you to have medical and secure some clearances?if yes, then your visa is due to be released.but mind you,if there's a problem with your medical and clearances ,then your visa release is pending for further approval.one more thing, is the interview you are referring to is from the consulate?whether US<CANADA or other country, it is more likely have the same procedure.if IT IS NOT from any consulates, then sorry i dont have any idea of such processings.i am only referring to consulate interviews and issuing of visa

someone is trying to slip you one. you really messed up releasing your passport, which any reasonable entity will understand your passport is to remain in your possession at all times.
TRY VERY HARD to get a duplicate passport, if not a new one.
there is no reason on earth why the issueing agency could not mail you the visa.
