Why Malaysian government not cracking down illegal chinese immigrant?
Answer:
In China, there have been widely reported incidents of discriminatory actions and human rights violations taken against Chinese immigrants to Malaysia. This has led to tension in Chinese-Malaysian bi-lateral relations in the past. The Malaysian government probably wants to avoid inflaming relations with the new ‘regional superpower’ in the Asia. In the PRC, the ethnic Chinese Malays are not described as “illegal immigrants”. Are you sure that you don’t mean, ‘legal’ immigrants who are involved in illegal activities? The perception in China is that the Chinese immigrants are very successful business people who inspire jealousy amongst the ethnic Malay majority, thus, the unfair discrimination toward them.
Its very hard to imagine that the PRC government would turn a blind eye much less coddle any of its citizens involved in human trafficking, prostitution or gambling; all of which activities would be severely punished in China. I would recheck your sources before casting judgment.
WHO CARES????
ask your govt that. we americans try to stay out of other country's problems. we have the same problem with illegals here.
Wow, I didn't know Malaysia was getting so bad --I at one time wanted to emigrate there, but they had so many restrictions.Like, you have to speak Malay, have a sponsor, have a degree, not be Israeli (which I thought was odd), and pay the giant application fee.
BRIBE! thats the main problem here.
