If a woman is an 'illegal alien immigrant from Mexico', you cannot legally marry her on US soil. You will have to legally enter Mexico yourself, and take her along - where you can get married to her.
...While still there, you should inform the US authorities [through the US embassy] of your marriage - and formally apply for your wife's US citizenship.
...You can get her a Mexican passport in the meanwhile, clearly indicating her married status and her new surname [yours] - using which you can legally bring her again, into the United States, as your wife.
When she is finally granted her US citizenship [it may even take upto a year !], you can relax : Your future children will be born as legal US citizens, by birth.
...But this is only in the case of one 'woman'. If you have any illusions of marrying 'women' [as mentioned in your Question !], you will be arrested on charges of 'bigamy' or 'polygamy' in either country - depending on the number of 'women' !

I can't understand why you would want that kind of heart ache. Get a sign and head for the border, you will have them chasing you. you will probably get the fastest one that way.

Why in the heck would you want to? She'd end up getting pregnant, steal your money, and come to the U.S. where she'd stay for free because her baby is a citizen.

You do not really need a status to marry. She needs to bring her Mexican passport. The clerk of court will not check her immigration status, this is not their job. Once you have marriage certificate, submit I130 and I485 forms to get her a green card. Good luck and have a wonderful family.

You may be able to marry her (assuming that she has a Mexican passport-many illegals don't) without worrying about her legal 'status'. However, you may find that it will take more than a year for her to obtain legal status in the U.S. I am not so sure it will be that easy for you to get her a green card unless you know of a company willing to hire her for job skills that are 'lacking' in the U.S. She may be required to return to Mexico until the paperwork is completed.
