Problem applying for naturalization to become a us citizen?

i've been in US for more than 7 years and ready to apply for naturalization. my problem is that two years ago, i was charged for rackless driving and received a three year summary probation. as far as a know, rackless driving is a criminal offense. i'm really worried that i've become not eligible to get naturalized. can any pros tell me what i should do? am i going to be expelled from this country as i turn in my N-400 application?
i was not arrested from that incident, and i was not put into jail or community services. i heard that it's less serious than DUI, which i think that a lot of people have it while they are in the process becoming US citizens. please help.

Answer:
I don't think you have anything to worry about.
If you have have followed all the rules regarding your naturalizatin process and are truthfull about the driving ticket-you should be fine.

If you are so concerned that you afraid to turn in your N-400, take the time and call an Immigration lawyer. Sometimes you can have a short consultation for no/or low cost.

Good luck.
Hopefully, INS will not let you in this country. Immigrants are the downfall of America.
I suggest you get a lawyer. but if you were not charged them you should nothing to worry. but better get a lawyer for opinion and guidance and if the lawyer said there's nothing to worry, then your good to go.

Good luck. don't listen to this man above me, as long as you are a descent person and have a job to support yourself and not depend on the government, then you have the right to be here.
