HELL NO! Its unjust and will end up with racism and profiling. The US would become a police state as a result making us all give up our civil rights. It would be a horrible idea and would have a very big backlash on whoever proposed and voted for it.

Firstly.. An illegal alien ( i assume you mean an immigrant ) cannot be seen as a group because it is ipso facto a dis-connected bunch of people performing the same act, yet they have no common goal except for dodging your "fences" and therefor for someone to "declare war" on a bunch (roughly hundreds of thousands i presume) would be considered anal and at best a pointless en devour.. because you would have to strip-search the entire country to see if each and every one of the citizens might be a potential "threat" - and that my friend is where point 2 comes in - Who in their right mids, in government, would spend millions of taxpayers money on kicking out people who might be able to hlp fight in the horrible mess that is Iraq? - forget kicking them out! - give them the option ( if you can find them ) of fighting fot a "cuase" and "proving" their "noble and patriotic" aims towards their new host country..

No. It should declare that no American money leaves America. That should cut the problem right in the bud. If they can't send the 23 million to their home country, they won't come here to get it.

Yes but not the conventional type you are probably suggesting. We need to put a tiny chip in everyone of them shitbags, one that can be tweaked with bandwidth waves. Some bandwidth frequencies, when tweaked real low or high, can administer migraine headaches that will not end until the bandwidth pitch is stopped, or brought to tolerable levels. So I say we put one of these chips in all of those puddlejumpers, and crank it up until they can't stand it any longer...the solution to the migraine? Get the hell back to Mexico, Africa, or wherever they crawled over from, and upon checking in with their customs to declare they are back, the b-width pitch will be terminated and they will be free from the grips of a really f***ing bad headache, however the chip embedded in them shall remain in place...for if they get the notion to try to infect the USA once again with their oh-so-lameass selves, the headaches shall begin again, however this time they may just drive the immigrant looney. The war should be on industry. The problem is industry driven, companies that knowingly hire them. You can`t blame them for wanting to live here, if I were in their shoes I would try to live here too.

Yes.. we need to secure the border and deport the illegal aliens in this country. I don't care what the circumstances are. to me illegal is illegal. not that i would, but lets say i go kill someone tomorrow and state "im a good person and don't feel like i deserve to go to jail" what do you think would happen? to me illegal is illegal. we need to deport the illegals, secure the border, and go after the companies who hire and support the illegals. if we do this, there would not be an illegal alien problem in this country. but giving amnesty is not the answer.. our country is going to hell due to the illegals. all of our programs are failing due to not being able to support all of the people, our prisons are overcrowded, school systems are failing, crime is at an all time high.. all due to the illegals! we should all stand up and say enough is enough.. we don't need any reforms.. all of the laws are on the books.. just enforce the laws we have...

America has one of the best armed forces in the world and trust me if there ever was a "war" the legal Americans would win. We don't need Bush-the-Butthole to declare war on illegal aliens because the people here will take care of that. In our local newspapers it is reported that they find many, many dead & rotting bodies in the desert. But ironically, you never see that on the TV news.
Is it the bad Americans that are doing it all, no, it isn't. Maybe some are found shot to death in the deserts, some just die from the heat. But these stupid, ignorant illegals don't realize that we keep directing them so that they cross the border onto Indian reservations. There they are desecrating the Indians honorable burial grounds with urine, feces, and garbage. There is no jurisdiction that can save them on Indian land. As a result, the illegals never make it to wherever they intended to go. Go Indians! Yeah!
