Bankers are giving credit cards to illegals. They are using the loop hole in the patriot act to make money off of illegals. The loop hole states that if you have a tax id number or a mexican id (something like that) and you have had a checking account with the bank, you can get a credit card. It is Bank of America that is in the spot light right now. That is why I have gotten rid of those credit cards. Hope that helps...

Yes, I hear that some banks are authorizing credit cards without a SS#, as long as you have had an account with them for 3 months+.
Yes, if they can do a decent credit check, if not than no they shouldn't give them one.
What's a "bankster?" If you mean banks other than BofA, I sure hope not. I asked my bank and they aren't doing that. I think with all the controversy banks will think twice.
