Because if they did, there would be alot of people going to jail! Illegals are ony bad because they are illegal. If a government document started allowing immigrants as legal, nobody would have this problem. It is simply wording that has confused so many people to be a bigot instead of understanding the economic beauty economies of scale can bring!!! Immigrants hurt us because they have to send money back, if they were allowed to move to America they could keep the money here. But no, don't listen to me, listen to your beautiful congressmen and politicians. They wouldn't happen to profit off of anti-immigrant legislation, now would they? Such bull!
