Can I get the UK citizenship if my father was naturalized or registered in England?
Answer:
yes you can
Yes
Possibly. You certainly have grounds to apply for a visa to settle in UK, and after a certain amount of time (I believe it's two years) you would be eligible to apply for citizenship.

I'm not sure. Did your father have a British passport and what country were you born in? You usually take on the nationality of your father or the country in which you were born. If your father was naturalised in England but chose to take on the nationality of another country, you may not be able to.
Unfortunately you come from a thriving, anglo-saxon speaking country. If you came from some cesspit nation only interested in cheating the UK system you could have just walked right in with your hand out and hey presto! I should imagine you will have pages and pages of forms and a wait of years! - good luck anyway
No you can't.
My father was also British by decent, his father was born here in UK. You cannot get citizenship through him but you can get an ancestral visa through your grandmother.
This will allow you to live and work in the Uk and after 4 years (not two as was said earlier) you may claim indefinite stay then after another 1 year you can naturalise British.
