Can i apply for my immigration to Canada while my study there !?
I am willing to immigrate to canada or australia.
Can I get a student visa, and while getting my masters degree, aplly for my immigration at the same time ?

To come to Australia, you will need to be clear on your main priority now...
1. If your priority is study, then you apply to the university first, pay the required tuition fees and apply for student visa. You can then apply for permanent residency after successful completion of your study and apply for job. Please be advised that you can only work max 20hrs/week during study period and full-time only during holiday period. This means that you cannot rely on your income in Australia to support yourself.
2. If your priority is work, then you will need to apply for skilled migration.

yes you can study in canada and when are done with school you can stay live and work but you have to apply for somethings and some fees to pay.
If you want to study in Australia then you'll have to pay up front. And Australian universities like to milk those foreigners for what they're worth (in other words make sure you have plenty of cash to pay for your masters because while you're doing you can get a student visa it will only allow you to work 20 hours a week which means you will only be able to survive on that.. not so much paying bills unless but if you've already got your degree and can get a job in that field...)
