I need to file my brother and sister on my taxes but i have an illigal husband which we have started the immigration process. We were really looking forward to this money, our baby is due in march with a extream congenital heart defect. We have 5 years of proof that we have been together. We got married in April 06 and started the process in Aug. Would filling for my siblings really affect our immigration case.

Im not sure why you would put your brother and sister on your taxes, but its important to get an ITIN # for your husband and then decide if he is working or not, but at very least put him as a dependant on yours.
