Information about I-797 application in usa?

I filled an I-797 form , that goes for marriage . and after a long while i recieved that my application is approved and my file is transfered to the visas department which is almost done! yet i didnt recieve anything in this case whom am i supposed to contact the embassy at my country or where ?
