Can i extend my visa in usa or canada?
Answer:
Yes! Canadian and US Law states you can extend your tourist visa.
In the US you can extend your tourist visa up to six (6) months others three (3) months depending on what will the USCIS will give you. You also need a affidavit of support for yourself issued by a bank in India stating you have money to spend in the US. you can also file it on your own risk. it cost $280 dollars.
You can apply to change your current status to stay in Canada longer. To change or extend your status as a temporary resident/visitor, you will need $1,000 (CAD) for every additional month.
If you have enough funds to visit Canada or would like to extend your stay (if you are in Canada), please visit www.borderconnections.com
REGARDING WORK you said?? US and Canada law states that if you enter the country by means of a Tourist/leasure Visa you are not allowed to work without EOD or work permit. You can only work "under the table" but don't let INS or Canadian police catch you, you will be detained and be black listed in these countries.
