Easiest way to get a green card?
We've been looking into employer sponsored visa, but it seems so very hard.
My husband has been in contact with a few employers, and made it to the top three when considering who to hire but in the end it always ends up with choosing somebody closer.
It's unmotivated with the little feedback one gets back. :/

Unfortunately there isn't really a easy way.
Lots of hoops, lots of time, lots of effort.
Hopefully you'll get the results you want in the end.
There is the visa lottery like mentioned, but that's done for this year.

Since you are already married to a non-US citizen, there is no easy way to become a permanent resident here. Be patient. Be very patient. Maybe after 25 years of trying, you will succeed.
You can always try lottery too. You can check the USCIS page to see how many lottery visa's are granted from your country and how to apply.
Pretty much, it's just like what it sounds like. Only a set number get drawn and you either get lucky, or you don't. It is very hard finding an employer to sponsor.
